James Wise

James Wise is a Senior Vice President for the Height Consulting Group. He has over 16 years of experience working on Capitol Hill in a variety of senior legislative and management positions. Mr. Wise served as Chief of Staff to Senator Jon Tester of Montana, where he developed and executed legislative and political strategies around some of the most complex issues before Sen. Tester’s committees, including Banking, Homeland Security and Appropriations. Previously, Mr. Wise worked in the U.S. House of Representatives for a senior member of House Appropriations Committee. He is a graduate of Tufts University and has a Masters of Public Policy (MPP) from Georgetown University.
